5. Account Registration

Beauty Rebate may offer a promotional introductory charge, such as:

$1 today, then $9.95 per week unless canceled

If you enroll in a subscription offer, your subscription will automatically renew at the recurring rate shown at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date.

6.2 Billing Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Beauty Rebate and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for:

the introductory charge, if applicable;
recurring subscription fees;
applicable taxes;
any other disclosed charges related to your subscription.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews until canceled. Unless you cancel before your next billing date, you authorize us to continue charging your payment method for each renewal term.

6.4 Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we may:

retry the charge;
suspend your access to premium features;
terminate your subscription if payment cannot be collected.

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, fees, or billing structures at any time. If we make a material pricing change, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Service after the pricing change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated rate.

7. Cancellation

If you cancel:

your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation;
you will not be charged future recurring fees after cancellation takes effect;
fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing cycle.

8. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable, including:

introductory charges;
recurring subscription charges;
partial billing periods;
unused subscription time.

23. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTY REBATE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

LOST PROFITS;
LOST SAVINGS;
LOST DATA;
LOSS OF GOODWILL;
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTY REBATE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BEAUTY REBATE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR
$100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beauty Rebate and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

your use of the Service;
your violation of these Terms;
your User Content;
your violation of any law or third-party rights.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

you violate these Terms;
we suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
your account creates risk or harm to us or others;
we are required to do so by law;
we discontinue all or part of the Service.

Termination does not eliminate any obligation you incurred before termination.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

27. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Beauty Rebate, you agree to first contact us at support@beautyrebate.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Beauty Rebate agree that each party may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

29. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by updating the date at the top of this page, posting a notice on the website, or sending an email.

Your continued use of the Service after any updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

30. Electronic Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
