At Beauty Rebate, we are committed to being clear and transparent about billing, cancellations, and refunds. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions, promotional offers, recurring billing, digital access, and any other purchases made through Beauty Rebate.
By purchasing a subscription or using any paid Beauty Rebate service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of the Service
Beauty Rebate is a digital subscription-based platform that provides users with access to features such as:
- beauty product discovery tools;
- price comparison tools;
- personalized recommendations;
- deal alerts;
- product tracking;
- dupe or similar-product suggestions;
- beauty-related shopping support and informational content.
Because Beauty Rebate provides digital access and subscription-based services, purchases are generally treated differently from purchases of physical goods.
3. General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, all payments made to Beauty Rebate are final and non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
- introductory or promotional charges;
- recurring weekly subscription charges;
- partial billing periods;
- unused time remaining in a billing cycle;
- charges incurred before cancellation takes effect;
- missed usage of the Service;
- dissatisfaction based on retailer price changes, deal availability, or product availability.
Once a billing charge has been successfully processed, it is generally not eligible for refund.
4. Introductory Offers and Promotional Charges
If you enroll in a promotional offer, such as:
$1 today, then $9.95/week unless canceled
the introductory charge is non-refundable unless required by law.
By signing up for the offer, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are enrolling in a recurring subscription;
- the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date;
- the introductory or promotional charge is part of a paid subscription offer and not a free trial unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not entitle you to a refund of the introductory charge or the renewal charge, except where required by law.
5. Recurring Subscription Charges
Beauty Rebate subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
If your subscription renews, the recurring charge is non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
This applies even if:
- you forgot to cancel before renewal;
- you did not use the Service during the billing period;
- you no longer want the subscription after renewal;
- you did not open emails, alerts, or recommendations;
- you did not log into your account;
- you were unable to find a deal or product match you wanted.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
6. Cancellation vs. Refunds
Canceling your subscription and receiving a refund are not the same thing.
If you cancel your subscription:
- your subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation;
- you will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect;
- you will not receive a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not reverse charges that have already been processed.
7. When Refunds May Be Considered
Although refunds are generally not offered, Beauty Rebate may, in its sole discretion, review refund requests in limited circumstances, including:
- duplicate charges caused by a technical error;
- an incorrect amount charged due to a billing system error;
- a confirmed unauthorized charge where the claim is supported by reasonable evidence;
- a system error that caused a clear billing malfunction.
Any such review is handled on a case-by-case basis, and submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
If we choose to issue a refund in one case, that does not obligate us to issue refunds in future cases.
8. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact us immediately at:
We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim, including:
- your name and account email;
- the charge date and amount;
- the last four digits of the payment method used;
- any evidence showing the charge may have been unauthorized.
If we determine that a charge was unauthorized or resulted from a confirmed billing error, we may, at our discretion or as required by law, reverse the charge or issue a refund.
Beauty Rebate reserves the right to deny refund claims where there is evidence of:
- account sharing;
- prior access to the Service from the account holder’s device or location;
- repeated refund abuse;
- chargeback abuse;
- intentional misuse of the platform.
9. Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a processing error, please contact us at support@beautyrebate.com.
If we confirm a duplicate billing error, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it, which may include issuing a refund for the duplicate charge.
10. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing issue, we encourage you to contact us first at support@beautyrebate.com so we can review the matter.
Filing a chargeback does not automatically entitle you to keep access to the Service. If a chargeback is filed, Beauty Rebate may:
- suspend or terminate your subscription;
- revoke access to premium features;
- restrict future purchases;
- dispute the chargeback where appropriate with supporting records.
We reserve the right to present evidence of:
- checkout disclosures;
- renewal terms;
- account activity;
- login history;
- subscription consent;
- cancellation history;
- billing confirmations.
11. No Refunds for Third-Party Purchases
Beauty Rebate may link to third-party brands, retailers, or marketplaces. Beauty Rebate does not sell or fulfill all products shown on the platform.
If you purchase a product from a third-party retailer or brand through a link on Beauty Rebate, that purchase is not covered by this Refund Policy.
Beauty Rebate is not responsible for refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping issues, damaged items, counterfeit claims, or dissatisfaction with products purchased from third parties.
For any third-party purchase, you must contact the retailer or seller directly and review that seller’s policies.
12. No Refunds Based on Product Satisfaction
Beauty Rebate does not manufacture or control most products referenced on the platform. Therefore, we do not provide refunds based on:
- dissatisfaction with a product you purchased from a third party;
- allergic reactions or irritation from third-party products;
- mismatch between product expectations and actual results;
- dissatisfaction with a recommended dupe or similar-product suggestion;
- dissatisfaction with a retailer’s shipping time, packaging, or service.
Beauty Rebate provides informational tools and shopping-assistance features, not guarantees about third-party product performance.
13. Non-Use of the Service
Refunds are not provided simply because you did not use the Service after subscribing.
This includes, without limitation:
- forgetting to log in;
- not opening emails;
- not using deal alerts;
- not searching for products;
- no longer needing the service;
- changing your mind after purchase.
Once access to the digital subscription has been made available, the billing period is considered active regardless of how often you use the platform.
14. Account Termination for Policy Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use rules, fraud prevention measures, abuse, or other misconduct, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription unless required by law.
15. Refund Request Timeframe
If you believe you were billed in error and want us to review the charge, you must contact us within 14 days of the charge date.
Requests submitted after that period may be denied, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. How to Request a Refund Review

- any relevant documentation or screenshots.
Submitting incomplete information may delay review of your request.
17. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days, or longer depending on your payment provider or bank, for the refund to appear on your account.
Beauty Rebate is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.
18. Promotional Exceptions
From time to time, Beauty Rebate may offer promotions, guarantees, or special refund terms that differ from this standard Refund Policy. If a specific offer includes different refund terms, those offer-specific terms will control for that promotion only.
Any such exception must be clearly stated in writing at the time of the offer.
19. Subscription Management Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- reviewing the subscription terms before purchase;
- monitoring your billing dates;
- canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue;
- maintaining accurate account and payment information.
Beauty Rebate is not responsible for refunds due to failure to read the subscription offer, billing terms, cancellation terms, or related checkout disclosures.

Beauty Rebate reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
